Help Us Be a Good Neighbor: Please Only Use SW 62nd Avenue to Access Our Campus

Cedar Sinai Park exists and is able to operate on our SW Portland campus thanks to a conditional use permit, which grants us an an exception to the City of Portland’s zoning. This exception is conditional upon continued approval of our neighbors.

Cedar Sinai Park, therefore, has a Good Neighbor Agreement with the residents of SW Boundary Street and SW 65th Avenue to minimize traffic in the neighborhood and these streets. The Good Neighbor Agreement also requires us to promote the use of SW 62nd Avenue and discourage the use of SW Boundary Street and SW 65th Avenue to arrive or leave from our campus.

Cedar Sinai Park greatly appreciates your help in honoring our commitment to our neighbors. Please only use SW 62nd Avenue when arriving to or leaving the Cedar Sinai Park campus.

Accessing Cedar Sinai Park at 6125 SW Boundary Street via SW 65th Avenue or SW Shattuck Road/SW Boundary Street is prohibited.

To exit the campus from the Robison Jewish Health Center parking lot, please follow the sign and only make a right turn; to exit from the Rose Schnitzer Manor, please follow the posted sign and only take a left turn.

SW 62nd Avenue connects to SW Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway, a major area artery. To reach the Cedar Sinai Park campus take a right turn when eastbound and left turn using the median turn lane when westbound. When leaving the campus, make a right turn to head east and left turn using the median turn lane to go west.
